Rimba Electro Play Self-Adhesive Pads with Snap Connector.

Each pad is unipolar, so you need both pads connected for them to work. They can be used 10-15 times depending on how you use them. Please note that they work best on clean, hair-free skin.

It is not recommended to use them if you have sensitive or irritated skin, if you are pregnant or if you have heart problems.
